Zide Chen aee9f3c666 hv: reset per cpu sbuf pointers during vcpu reset
When shutting down SOS VM, the shared sbuf is released from guest OS, but
the per cpu sbuf pointers in hypervisor keep inact. This creates a problem
that after SOS is re-launched, hypervisor could write to the shared
buffer that no longer exists.

This patch implements sbuf_reset() and call it from reset_vcpu() to
reset sbuf pointers.

Yan, Like ede1459e19 hv: fix the vm pointer check before use
After using get_vm_from_vmid(), vm pointer is always not NULL. But there are still many NULL pointer checks.
This commit replaced the NULL vm pointer check with a validation check which checks the vm status.
In addition, NULL check for pointer returned by get_sos_vm() and get_vm_config() is removed.

Zide Chen 5c04687967 hv: minor fixes to a few calls to strncpy_s()
strncpy_s(d, dmax, s, slen): the 'dmax' includes the null terminator, while
slen doesn't. Thus if (dmax == slen == strlen(s)), strncpy_s() chooses to
discard the last character from s and instead write '\0' to d[dmax - 1].

strnlen_s(s, maxsize): if there is no terminating null character in the
first maxsize characters pointed to by s, strnlen_s() returns maxsize.

So in the following example or similar cases, we need to increase the size
of d[] by 1 to accommodate the null terminator, and add '1' to the dmax
argument to strncpy_s().

uint8_t d[MAX_LEN];
size = strnlen_s(s, MAX_LEN);
strncpy_s(d, MAX_LEN, s, size);

Zide Chen 94e1227559 hv: code style fix for partition mode specific code
There are still some misra-c violations when CONFIG_PARTITION_MODE is defined.

arch/x86/configs:
- remove the unused macro: PRE_LAUNCH_VM_NUM
- pt_dev.c: VMx_CONFIG_PCI_PTDEV_NUM has been defined in partition_config.h,
  should not hard code them again in pt_dev.c.
- ve820.c: use "UL" suffix instead of "U" for 64 bits variables.

vmid is uint16_t in ACRN, so vuart_vmid should be uint16_t as well.

Min Lim 9e917057e9 profiling: split profiling_vmexit_handler into two functions
This patch fixes incorrect vm_id captured when sampling PMU data. Currently,
the vm_id gets attributed to ACRN hypervisor, rather than actual guest vm_id.

The issue is identified that the existing code captures the guest vm info
after vmexit_hander function is completed, in which the profiling module
points its context to VMM. When the vmexit happens by PMI, the guest context
should be captured so that the attribution to proper guest vm can happen.

This change will also allow to capture more accurate TSC when vmexit happens.

Zhi Jin 6367650a70 hv: debug: add the hypervisor NPK log
The npk_log is a log destination for the hypervisor, similar to the
console_log and the mem_log. It can be enabled/disabled/configured
by the SOS kernel via the hypercall HC_SETUP_HV_NPK_LOG.
The configuration includes:
1. Set the MMIO base address of the reserved NPK master.
2. Set the log level of the hypervisor NPK log.
After that, the npk_log can be enabled to write the hypervisor logs to
the MMIO address of the reserved NPK master with a simple header.

Shiqing Gao 3df3c9f6a1 hv: vuart: fix 'Shifting value too far'
MISRA-C requires that shift operation cannot exceed the word length.

What this patch does:
- Fix the bug in 'vuart_init'
  The register 'dll' and 'dlh' should be uint8_t rather than char.
  'dll' is the lower 8-bit of divisor.
  'dlh' is the higher 8-bit of divisor.
  So, the shift value should be 8U rather than 16U.
- Fix other data type issues regarding to the registers in 'struct
  vuart'
  The registers should be unsigned variables.

v1 -> v2:
 * Use a local variable 'uint8_t value_u8 = (uint8_t)value' to avoid
   mutiple times type conversion
 * Use '(uint8_t)divisor' rather than '(uint8_t)(divisor & 0xFFU)' to
   get the lower 8 bit of 'divisor'
   Direct type conversion is safe and simple per Xiangyang's suggestion.
