# 培根炒意大利面
## 主料
中号意大利面、培根、圆葱、青红椒、胡萝卜、香菇、虾仁、鸡蛋
## 配料
酱油、耗油、料酒、盐、糖、橄榄油/植物油
## 步骤
1. 虾仁用料酒腌一会儿,然后焯水;
2. 酱油、耗油、盐、糖调出酱汁备用;
3. 圆葱、青红椒、胡萝卜切丝,香菇切片;
4. 鸡蛋加水打匀,热锅凉油炒好鸡蛋捞出;
5. 开水煮面,九分熟即可,捞出,凉开水冲洗后沥干水分;
6. 热锅凉油,油温升高后放入圆葱、青红椒、胡萝卜、香菇爆炒;
7. 放入虾仁、培根,倒入调好的酱汁;
8. 下煮好的意大利面翻炒。
*PS中号面比细面更有嚼劲。*
