Replace platform_acpi_info.c with platform_acpi_info.h and define needed
host ACPI info in MACROs. Then the struct host_acpi_info is not needed
any more.
This header file should be generated by offline tool automatically;

ABL pass seed_lists to HV through different interface/structures.
So, in this patch, add interface to retrieve seed from ABL and refactor
the seed parsing logic.

All the platforms supported by ACRN supports x2APIC. So enabled
x2APIC for ACRN hv. Removed any code that is needed for xAPIC mode
of operation.

There are chances that names with leading underscore declared by
developers are conflict with the ones reserved for the compiler.
What this patch does:
- rename these functions/variables/macros starting with
underscore to avoid such unintentational mistakes.
- remove gpr.h without any contents

Add acpi_fixup() api in bsp that can override platform ACPI info when
do init_bsp(), this is useful when platform bootloader is not lock
down before production.
In current code only the wake vector addresses would be parsed after
boot and then override to host_acpi_info, we can add more in furture
based on our needs.

Per ACPI spec, there are two fundamental types of ACPI tables:
Tables that contain AML code produced from the ACPI Source Language (ASL).
These include the DSDT, any SSDTs, and sometimes OEM-specific tables (OEMx).
Tables that contain simple data and no AML byte code. These types of tables
are known as ACPI Data Tables. They include tables such as the FADT, MADT,
ECDT, SRAT, etc. -essentially any table other than a DSDT or SSDT.
The second type of table, the ACPI Data Table, could be parsed here.
If Kconfig of CONSTANT_ACPI is set to yes, this parser is not needed.

MISRAC has requirements about literal value requires a U suffix and
signed/unsigned conversion with cast. This patch is used to solve
these violations.

For Partition mode ACRN, kernel load address and Boot args load address
are hardcoded. Boot args are currently passed from vm description for
each VM. Renamed init_vm0_boot_info to init_vm_boot_info.

In current code, VM0 BSP start mode is hardcoded, in this patch VM0 BSP
start mode is decided by the boot context prepared by bootloader/BIOS.
In current code, VM0 BSP VMCS is override only on UEFI platform.
In this patch, VM0 BSP VMCS is override on both SBL & UEFI platforms.
Also restructure the code of guest init code.
In this patch, a vcpu run_context is initilaized first according to vcpu mode.
Then write the value to vmcs according to run_context value.

MISRAC requires that the array size should be declared explicitly.
This patch fixes the issues caused by the arrays that are defined in

In future, SBL will no longer provide seed_list address through
multiboot modules. The seed_list address will passed by cmdline instead.

commit ia23549aa915e7dc2c ("build: make relocation-related code
configurable") adds CONFIG_RELOC to make relocation configurable
This patch corrects the behavior when CONFIG_RELOC is disabled
- Don't use "CFLAGS += -fpie" and put back "LDFLAGS += -static"
- __emalloc(): forced to allocate exactly the asked address, which is
CONFIG_RAM_START
Includes header file of non-static function, and declare the
in-file use function static.

With current implementation:
If the case 'entry->length < sizeof(struct acpi_subtable_header)' is
triggered, it will lead to a dead loop.
What this patch does:
Gracefully return when this case is triggered.
Why:
If 'entry->length < sizeof(struct acpi_subtable_header)', it means that
there is no valid 'struct acpi_subtable_header' starting from the entry.
There must be something wrong. It should not happen in normal case.

Use the array for lapic_id directly to avoid the unnecessary pointer
arithmetic.
With current implementation,
lapic_id_base is always a byte array with CPU_PAGE_SIZE elements
What this patch does:
- replace 'uint8_t *lapic_id_base' with 'uint8_t
lapic_id_array[CPU_PAGE_SIZE]' to make the boundary explicit
- add a range check to ensure that there is no overflow

The relocation feature relies on the ld option "-z noreloc-overflow" which is
only available for binutils >= 2.27, while on Ubuntu 16.04 or older the default
version of binutils is 2.26.
This patch wraps the relocation code with a configurable macro and make it
undefined by default to avoid default build failures.
NOTE: This is just a hotfix. The code dropped with undefined CONFIG_RELOC needs
to be reviewed by the original author of this feature. Checks to the binutils
version will also follow up.

For UEFI boot, currently EFI application loads hypervisor to the
hard coded COMNFIG_RAM_START, which may cause it fail to boot if
this address is not available in the target.
This patch series resolve this issue by allocating memory for hypervisor
at run time, and do relocation fixup if the allocated address is
different from the base address that the hypervisor is built.
The summary of the first patch [1/6] in this series:
In x86_64 ELF, .rela sections hold information of symbols which must be
relocated before being referenced.
This patch adds code to fixup .rela sections with the relocated offset,
also, it provides utilities to assist address fixup

In the hypervisor, some strings are assigned to non const

Function prepare_vm0_memmap_and_e820 and init_vm0_boot_info are specific for vm0.
There is no need to check is_vm0 again in those functions.

Snoop control is not supported in the graphics VT-d engine and so should
be disabled in the PTEs. Also enabled iommu for graphics in the
dmar_drhd array.
