Brings in a change in the v4.0-branch branch to limit the targets that rust tests are run on to those that have been tested. This will avoid a large number of failure in the nightly build on platforms that aren't expected to work. Signed-off-by: David Brown <david.brown@linaro.org> |

This directory can contain additional west manifest files. Any files in this directory will be included in the main west.yml file sorted by filename. See example.yaml.sample for an example.
