We don't currently configure any SPI interface on the hexiwear_k64 so
remove 'spi' as a listed supported feature in the board YAML.
This can be added back if SPI support is added for the board in the
future.

Remove all "supported: -hwinfo" definitions from the boards
yaml files and documentation. hwinfo can generally be tested
on every board because it returns -ENOTSUP if not supported.

Sorts the list of supported features in alphabetical order for all nxp
boards. No features are added or removed.

The old GCC ARM Embedded website on launchpad
(https://launchpad.net/gcc-arm-embedded) has been superseeded by the new
GNU Arm Embedded one
(https://developer.arm.com/open-source/gnu-toolchain/gnu-rm).
This also means a change of name from "GCC" to "GNU". Reflect this in
the enviroment variables so that the proper term is used henceforth.

Updates documentation for the frdm_k64f, hexiwear_k64, and usb_kw24d512
boards to reflect that they now support a watchdog driver. Updates the
board yamls similarly for sanitycheck.

Update board definitions with supported feature. This is temporary
until we have full coverage for device drivers in DTS, then we can use
DTS instead.

Add board metadata to be consumed by the sanitycheck script to provide
better matching with testcases and to test based on features declated in
the board files.
