Convert gpio_gecko driver over to using device tree. Added binding
files, updates to dts for various SoCs that use gpio_gecko.

This commit updates the mem_domain_apis_test sample and the
mem_protect test, so they can compile and execute in ARMv8-M
platforms, which do not support the P_RW_U_RO access permissions
combination (privileged read/write, unprivileged read-only). The
modification consists of, simply, selecting a different access
permission (P_RO_U_RO) when building for ARMv8-M MPUs with the
unmodified ARM MPU architecture.

In ARMv8-M MPU it is not possible to have the following access
permissions: Privileged RW / Unprivileged RO. So we define
K_MEM_PARTITION_IS_WRITABLE macro separately for v8M and v7M MPU
architectures (in the separate include files).

Add support for CONFIG_SYSTEM_CLOCK_DISABLE so applications

To allow apps to compile with CONFIG_REBOOT,
add a weak stub for sys_arch_reboot which does nothing
in the POSIX arch
POSIX boards may choose to provide a more sensible implementation
if relevant.

Placing it at sys/fcntl.h was due to mimicking internal newlib's
layout, but what we need is this file at the standard location,
for reuse.

USB controller was performing the fragmentation by itself and the driver
was not aware if current chunk is the last one if data size is equal to
maximum chunk size. Some hardware controllers (i.e. in nRF52840) handle
the status stage by hardware which must be triggered after the last data
chunk.
Currently, the whole remaining data is passed to the driver, and the
driver decides whether to fragment the data internally, or send only
the chunk and report back to the stack.

Extended ring buffer to allow storing raw bytes in it. API has been

Deprecate API prefixed with sys_ring_buf_ and rename it
to ring_buf_item_ since this API is not a typical ring buffer
but ring buffer of data items (metadata + 32bit words).

Add maximum-speed property to usb nodes and set it to
their maximum on-chip PHY capability.
SoCs with USB device controllers only support full
speed, so we don't add maximum-speed to these nodes.

Add maximum-speed property to usb node.
It configures USB controllers to work up to a specific speed.
Valid arguments are "super-speed", "high-speed", "full-speed"
and "low-speed".

is now legacy API.

This adds a linker flag and necessary changes to linker scripts
so that linker will warn about orphan sections.

The Cypress PSoC6 specifies some input sections in the startup
scripts. These sections (.heap, .stack, etc.) need to be placed
at correct location.
Signed-off-by: Daniel Leung <daniel.leung@intel.com>
This allows the SoC to specify some additional linker script
fragments into the bss, data and read-only data sections.
For example, the Cypress PSOC6 has a few input sections that
must be put into bss and data sections. Without specifying
these in the linker script, they are consider orphan sections
and the placement is based on linker heuristic which is
arbitrary.
POSIX is not supported as the main linker script is
provided by the host system's binutils and we have no control
over it. Also, currently Xtensa SoCs have their own linker
scripts so there is no need to this feature.

From-current-dir includes like "sys/types.h" are dangerous - they
turn out to cause #include_next directive to not work as expected -
instead of including next file (which is in our case should be
libc's), it will include the same file once again (apparently
because with #include "", a file is found from the current dir,
so next search will countinue with -Iinclude/posix, and find
sys/types.h there again).

For read/write/lseek, use size_t and off_t types, as mandated by
POSIX:
http://pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/9699919799/basedefs/unistd.h.html
Also, prototypes of unistd.h functions should not depend on
CONFIG_POSIX_FS, as (many) of them deal with generic I/O, not with
files in filesystem per se.
