This patch checks whether memory to memory is allowed for the device.
Tested it with tests/drivers/dma with one of the 2 settings:
CONFIG_DMA1_NAME=DMA_0 -> test fails with error message on console
and an error at configuration.
CONFIG_DMA2_NAME=DMA_0 -> test succeeds

Add a new optional TOOLCHAIN_ROOT cmake and environment variable to
specify an alternative location for toolchain cmake files.
When set, Zephyr will look for a toolchain cmake file located in:
${TOOLCHAIN_ROOT}/cmake/toolchain/${ZEPHYR_TOOLCHAIN_VARIANT}.cmake

The commit de78ecd "arm: beetle: Use device tree for IRQs" introduces
a regression related to UART1 IRQ.
On arm beetle the UART1 has IRQ number 2.
This patch restores the functionality modifying the arm beetle device
tree file.

The filename dts.fixup is deprecated, dts_fixup.h should be used
instead. This commit detects when fixup files have not been renamed
and errors out with a warning.

The Zephyr configuration system uses many different files in many
different formats. It makes it a lot easier for users to understand
what these files do if when we use the correct file extensions.
To this end we rename the dts.fixup files to the correct file
extension '.h'.
This is a breaking change for out-of-tree fixup files. Such files will
be detected and given an appropriate error message.

The dts.fixup for the hifive1 board was not board specific but related
to the SoC. Move the dts.fixup into the SoC dir so any other boards
using this same SoC will take advantage of it.

For now we've used range properties as a pass through. However range
properties can translate from one address space to another. This is
typically used one address spaces translate from one physical bus to
another (For example going from PCI address space to internal SoC memory
map). However, we can also use this for cases where we want to reduce
duplication (For example with ARMv8-M for secure v non-secure MMIO
registers).
'ranges' takes either the form of:
ranges; /* pass through translation */
or:
ranges = <child-bus-address parent-bus-address length>;

only have to look at the parent of the node for these properties.

Given the path address to a node return the address/size cells. In
theory this should just be looking up the #{address,size}-cells in
the parent node, we'll make that cleanup next.

This header is private data and we shouldn't (and aren't) using it in
the tracing_sysview.h. SystemView tracing works fine without it, as
tested with the philosophers sample.
This commit fixes the build when bluetooth SMP and SystemView tracing
are used, because the kernel_structs.h inclusion ends up pulling in
kernel_internal.h, which declares smp_init(), whose declaration
conflicts with another internal routine by the same name in
subsys/bluetooth/host/smp.c.

In commit d5836195d7 ("Bluetooth: controller: Increase advertising
random delay resolution"), the resolution of random_delay was
increased from 8-bit to 16-bit. Due to this switch the result
of HAL_TICKER_US_TO_TICKS() can now be a 0, which causes the following
crash:
***** Kernel OOPS! *****
Current thread ID = 0x200043f0
Faulting instruction address = 0x17914
Fatal fault in ISR! Spinning...
Let's make sure we don't pass a 0 to ticker_update() by increasing
the result of HAL_TICKER_US_TO_TICKS() by 1.
