# 蒜香烤排骨
## 主料
排骨
## 配料
蒜末(蒜粉)、圆葱、葱、姜、大料、耗油、盐、料酒、酱油、糖、淀粉、蜂蜜、植物油
## 步骤
1. 蒜切末,圆葱切碎,温水侵泡排骨 30min去血水洗净
2. 加一锅凉水,放入排骨,煮开后关火,倒掉焯出的血水,再次洗净排骨;
3. 再加一锅凉水,放入排骨、葱条、姜片、大料,煮 40min
4. 煮排骨的同时用耗油、盐、料酒、酱油、糖、植物油配制酱料;
5. 煮好排骨后将酱料加入、再加入蒜末(蒜粉)、圆葱碎、淀粉,揉均匀,腌制 1hour
6. 烤箱 200°C 上下火预热,排骨上烤架烤 10min
7. 取出烤架,排骨刷蜂蜜,再次放入烤箱烤 10 min。
