# 番茄肥牛金针菇
## 主料
肥牛肉片、金针菇、袋装山野笋、圆葱、番茄
## 配料
酱油两勺、耗油半勺、糖一勺、番茄酱两勺、盐适量、醋、葱、姜、蒜、植物油
## 步骤
1. 葱姜蒜切末,洗好金针菇和笋、圆葱切块、番茄十字花开口水烫后去皮;
2. 开水烫笋 30s,烫金针菇 30s;
3. 糖、番茄酱、耗油、倒入碗中,加少量水配置成酱汁;
4. 热锅凉油爆好葱姜蒜,加入去皮后的整个番茄,用锅铲切碎翻炒熟烂;
5. 加入圆葱与肉片翻炒;
6. 加少量水、金针菇、笋,大火炖 1-2 分钟,将水分蒸发至烫粘稠,依据个人喜好加入少量醋、盐调味。
