Andy Ross c7d0cb6641 include/kernel_arch_interface.h: Redocument arch_switch() ... Some recent changes exposed some common "arch_switch() anti-patterns" in various architectures. The documentation technically described this all correctly, but probably wasn't as clear as it should have been.
