Kumar Gala 7dcbbc39e7 build: move from srctree to ZEPHYR_BASE for app include paths
$srctree for the application might not be set to be $ZEPHYR_BASE, use
$ZEPHYR_BASE instead to be more explicit in the build.

Title: Safe Memory Access

This test verifies that the safe memory access (_mem_safe) functions as
intended.

This nanokernel project outputs to the console.  It can be built and executed
on QEMU as follows:

    make qemu

Troubleshooting:

Problems caused by out-dated project information can be addressed by
issuing one of the following commands then rebuilding the project:

    make clean          # discard results of previous builds
                        # but keep existing configuration info
or
    make pristine       # discard results of previous builds
