Anas Nashif 969f8f1c68 cleanup: include/: move entropy.h to drivers/entropy.h move entropy.h to drivers/entropy.h and create a shim for backward-compatibility. No functional changes to the headers. Building and Running Project:

console, 9 per second.

It can be built and executed on frdm_k64f as follows:
