Kumar Gala e268f8eb4f lib: cpp: Introduce FULL_LIBCPP_SUPPORTED similar to C version ... Introduce Kconfig symbol FULL_LIBCPP_SUPPORTED that is similar to the C version FULL_LIBC_SUPPORTED.
