Anas Nashif 9ab2a56751 cleanup: include/: move misc/printk.h to sys/printk.h move misc/printk.h to sys/printk.h and create a shim for backward-compatibility. No functional changes to the headers. Bluetooth: Peripheral

Overview
********

Application demonstrating the BLE Peripheral role. It has several well-known and
vendor-specific GATT services that it exposes.


Requirements
************

* BlueZ running on the host, or
* A board with BLE support

Building and Running
********************

This sample can be found under :zephyr_file:`samples/bluetooth/peripheral` in the
Zephyr tree.
