Anas Nashif bbe84f8ae5 Use ccflags-y and asflags-y instead of EXTRA_CFLAGS According to section 3.7 of Documentation/kbuild/makefiles.txt, using EXTRA_CFLAGS in Makefiles is "still supported but their usage is deprecated." However, using make EXTRA_CFLAGS="-DSOMETHING" results in EXTRA_CFLAGS from Makefiles being overwritten, obviously breaking the build. This patch converts to them to the newer ccflags-y which also fixes the problem. Title: Hello

Description:

A simple application that demonstates basic sanity of the VxMicro microkernel.
Two tasks (A and B) take turns printing a greeting message to the console,
and use sleep requests and semaphores to control the rate at which messages
are generated. This demonstrates that microkernel scheduling, communication,
and timing are operating correctly.

Building and Running Project:

This microkernel project outputs to the console.  It can be built and executed
on QEMU as follows:

    make pristine
    make microkernel.qemu
