Ricardo Salveti 6e14642c1e arm/nordic_nrf5: enable SOC_FLASH_NRF5 by default if FLASH is enabled 
SOC_FLASH_NRF5 is compatible with any nrf5 device, so enable the driver
by default if CONFIG_FLASH is also enabled.
