Ulf Magnusson 53376394b7 kconfig: Remove blank lines at the beginning/end of files Maybe this is some "just in case" thing that got copied around. The sources in this directory are imported from QMSI project

Intel® Quark™ Microcontroller Software Interface (QMSI) is a
Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) for Intel® Quark™
Microcontroller products. It currently supports the following SoCs:

- Intel® Quark™ D2000 Microcontroller
- Intel® Quark™ SE Microcontroller

The current version supported in Zephyr is QMSI 1.4.
