Add iterations of connections and disconnections to Babblesim test of Bluetooth Low Energy Central role functionality by scanning for other devices and establishing connection to upto 62 peripherals with a strong enough signal. Enable Auto PHY Update and Auto Data Length Update procedure in the central_multilink sample. Enable Auto PHY Update and Auto Data Length Update procedure in the peripheral_identity sample.
