Emil Gydesen 8d7b5ebd7a Bluetooth: Remove _gatt_ infix for Heart Rate Service (HRS) 
The _gatt_ infix was determined to be unnecessary as
GATT is implied by it being a Bluetooth service.

Zephyr test application which uses the simulated boards test hooks.
Can be compiled targeting the *_bsim boards.

This application will, based on the command line arguments, select one of
testcases which are compiled with it.
