Daniel DeGrasse 9c8ced789e boards: twr_ke18f: Move lpspi to pinctrl ... LPSPI peripheral driver supports pinctrl. Move twr_ke18f pinmux to use pinmux for lpspi, and apply dynamic pinctrl states in order to select correct chip select pin.
