Diego Sueiro e2924ab42b tests: add min_flash option for some tests
Following tests were failing on a microcontroller with 32KB flash:
    benchmark.application
    crypto.ecc_dh
    crypto.ecc_dsa
    test_build_ethernet
    test_build_sensors_a_m

The min_flash option has been added in the test case yaml files.

Title: test_ecc_dsa

Description:

This test verifies that the TinyCrypt ECC DSA APIs operate as expected.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Building and Running Project:

This project outputs to the console. It can be built and executed
on QEMU as follows:

    make run

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Troubleshooting:

Problems caused by out-dated project information can be addressed by
issuing one of the following commands then rebuilding the project:

make clean # discard results of previous builds
                        # but keep existing configuration info
or
make pristine # discard results of previous builds
                        # and restore pre-defined configuration info

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sample Output:

tc_start() - TinyCrypt ECC DSA test
[PASS] Test #1: ECDSAsign - NIST-p256, SHA2-256
[PASS] Test #2: ECDSAvrfy - NIST-p256, SHA2-256
[PASS] Test #3: Monte Carlo (Randomized EC-DSA signatures) - NIST-p256, SHA2-256

All ECC-DSA tests succeeded.
