Benjamin Walsh e1308ebd37 arm: enable SW_ISR_TABLE/DYNAMIC by default ... Enable by default the easy usage of connecting interrupts. If someone wants to connect interrupts by hardcoding the ISR in the vector table, they now have to disable these two options.
