Ulf Magnusson e073c4f54c arch: arc: kconfig: Define FP_FPU_DA outside Kconfig.defconfig files ... Define FP_FPU_DA in arch/arc/Kconfig to make it always available. That way, the Kconfig.defconfig definitions can skip the type, making them incomplete if the base definition of the symbol disappears.
