Sebastian Bøe 49e7ca957e cmake: set IS_TEST in the samples that were including Makefile.test For an unknown reason, various samples in KBuild were including Makefile.test, this had some desired benefits, one of which is that the popular BOOT_BANNER appears. The CMake-equivalent of including Makefile.test is setting the flag IS_TEST. This commit reverts the behaviour of the samples back to how it was pre-cmake. BBC micro:bit display

Overview
********
A simple example that demonstrates how to use the 5x5 LED matrix display
on the BBC micro:bit board.

Building
********

This project outputs various things on the BBC micro:bit display. It can
be built as follows:

Sample Output
=============

The sample app displays a countdown of the characters 9-0, iterates
through all pixels one-by-one, displays a smiley face, some animations,
and finally the text "Hello Zephyr!" by scrolling.
