Dan Kalowsky c02dd34277 Renaming include/nanokernel to include/arch
Renaming the directory include/nanokernel to be include/arch, which
better reflects the real nature of the directory and the contents
inside.

Title: task level interrupt handling test

Description:

This test exercises the APIs of the task level interrupt handling feature.

Building and Running Project:

This microkernel project outputs to the console.  It can be built and executed
on QEMU as follows:

    make pristine
    make microkernel.qemu
