Jukka Rissanen a81aad9756 tests: net: Run networking tests only for selected platforms
Run networking tests for native_posix, qemu_x86 and qemu_cortex_m3
platforms only as the tests are generic enough so no need to run
them in real physical device.

MQTT Library Test
-----------------

This MQTT application tests the low-level API for packet handling.
No network activity is involved in this test, so ** theoretically **
it can be run on almost any board already supported by Zephyr and
with enough RAM/ROM.

Build and Run
-------------

* QEMU x86

  Build & run:
  mkdir build; cd build
  cmake -DBOARD=qemu_x86 ..
  make run

* Arduino 101

  Build:
  mkdir build; cd build
  cmake -DBOARD=arduino_101 ..
  make run

  Flashing:
  sudo dfu-util -a x86_app -D outdir/arduino_101/zephyr.bin
