Wolfgang Puffitsch 3f4a64cd4e tests: bsim_bt: Extend connection test case. Change connection parameters and channel map after connection is established. Zephyr test application which uses the simulated boards test hooks.
Can be compiled targeting the *_bsim boards.

This application will, based on the command line arguments, select one of
testcases which are compiled with it.
