Benjamin Walsh 797352b3a0 test_context: add test for fiber delayed start and sleep ... The test verifies that delayed fibers are started in the right order, and that cancelling delayed fibers recomputes correctly the timeouts in the queue. Also test the fiber_sleep() API.
