Martin Åberg 1320dc7d99 soc/gr716a: Enable GPIO support on LEON GR716A 
GR716A has two GRGPIO2 controllers.

This adds the GPIO controller description to the DTS and
makes the GPIO option available in the kernel configuration.

This adds the SPIMCTRL description to the DTS and makes the SPI
