Anas Nashif	b2f5c48755	remove shared/ and create files directly The files idtEnt.h and segselect.h in shared are linked from the source tree for no good reason adding and extra top level directory that might be confusing. The shared/ here means shared between host and target, this is not longer necessary in our build system. Now the genIdt tool is built automatically as part of the whole kernel project.
