Update boards yaml file with arduino_i2c supported option
We exclude disco_l475_iot1 from the x_nucleo_iks01a1 sample since there
are duplicated sensors between the disco_l475_iot1 and shield. Until
Zephyr drivers can handle multiple sensors we need to have this exclude.

STM32 uart Kconfig instance flags were not following
same naming scheme than other drivers (i2c, spi, ..)

To move forward and remove use of Kconfig in dts files lets just create
SoC specific dtsi files that the boards can include. We also seperate
out the F7 dtsi files into their own dir.

This change aims at fixing 'unit_address_vs_reg' warning in
STM32 based boards.
This warning pops up when a node name is made up with an address
(node_name@xx) but does not contain a reg property.
This case was encountered for led nodes for instance,
where a reg property has no meaning.
Fix this by changing node_name@xx to node_name_xx which removes the
guilty '@xx' syntax but preserves node_name uniqueness.

The old GCC ARM Embedded website on launchpad
(https://launchpad.net/gcc-arm-embedded) has been superseeded by the new
GNU Arm Embedded one
(https://developer.arm.com/open-source/gnu-toolchain/gnu-rm).
This also means a change of name from "GCC" to "GNU". Reflect this in
the enviroment variables so that the proper term is used henceforth.

Enable the support for the 3 I2C buses of the STM32F723E-DISCO board,
connected respectively to the WM8994, the Arduino V3/STMOD+ and the
touch panel.

This patch adds basic support and documentation for the STM32F723E-DISCO
board, with GPIO, USART, I2C and USB support. Two USARTs are enabled,
the VCP one for the console and the Arduino one. The GPIOs are
configured for the 3 LEDs and the button available on the board.
