It is enough to set the USB_DEVICE_STACK option to enable
USB device support. Also the option USB_NRFX is not necessary
here because it is selected in drivers/usb/device/Kconfig anyway.

Enable by default the use of RAM buffers in the spi_nrfx_spim.c
driver for copying TX data located in flash (as SPIM peripherals
cannot transfer directly form flash). Without this patch, users can
get confused, especially when SPI transaction is used by an upper
level driver which does not check all error codes.
For size of the buffer, use the value used so far in the reel_board
default configuration and in the SPI loopback test, i.e. 8 bytes.

IEEE 802.15.4 is available for each board with Nordic SOC implementing
this protocol. Because of that protocol configuration shall be tied to
SOC instead of board.

The Kconfig PWM_[0-3] sybmols don't have any meaning for nrf family of
SoCs. The driver doesn't utilize them and no sample or test code does
either so we can remove setting them in board Kconfig.defconfig files.

Kconfig options that enable I2C and SPI instances are no longer used
in nRF drivers. Remove all assignments done to these options in related
board definitions, samples, and tests.
For nrf52_pca20020, also no longer needed setting of default values
for GPIO_SX1509B* options is removed (now the gpio_sx1509b driver is
enabled by default when a corresponding devicetree node is enabled).

Remove prompts from Kconfig options `I2C_x_NRF_TWI*` that select
the type of nrfx driver (for TWI or TWIM peripheral) to be used
for a given instance. This prevents the options from being modified
from configuration files.
Instead, make one of these options selected by default according to the
"compatible" property set for the corresponding I2C node in devicetree.
This eliminates the need of changing both the "compatible" property in
devicetree and the Kconfig option selecting the driver type when a user
wants to switch between TWI and TWIM for a given instance.
Since all `I2C_x_NRF_TWI*` options are made "hidden" by this commit,
all their occurrences in configuration files are removed.

Same deal as in commit eddd98f ("kconfig: Replace some single-symbol
'if's with 'depends on'"), for all symbols defined within defconfig
files. See that commit for an explanation.
Maybe 'if's were used originally to mirror the 'if's in the main Kconfig
files, and then it got copied around by people assuming 'if' must work
differently from 'depends on'. It doesn't match in every spot at least.
Better to keep it simple and just consistently use 'depends on' when
it's a single symbol/choice I think. Helps reinforce that 'if' isn't
magic too.
Verified by printing all Kconfig menu nodes (symbols, choices, menus,
etc.) before and after the change and diffing (should show no
difference).

Name convention for nordic USB driver changed
Kconfig files for custom boards have to be udapted accordingly.
Changes affect only name convention change.

Use this short header style in all Kconfig files:
# <description>
# <copyright>
# <license>
...
Also change all <description>s from
# Kconfig[.extension] - Foo-related options
to just
# Foo-related options
It's clear enough that it's about Kconfig.
The <description> cleanup was done with this command, along with some
manual cleanup (big letter at the start, etc.)
git ls-files '*Kconfig*' | \
xargs sed -i -E '1 s/#\s*Kconfig[\w.-]*\s*-\s*/# /'

Reel Board doesn't enable BT by default like many of the nRF52
boards do. So let's make enabling BT a bit easier, by selecting
the BT_CTLR config when BT is enabled. This allows a sample
overlay to merely set:
CONFIG_BT=y
And the end result should be close to correct.

This can help find unused symbols. Those end up without a type if
'default' is used instead of 'def_bool', which generates a warning.
Search for "Kconfig.defconfig" in
https://docs.zephyrproject.org/latest/application/kconfig-tips.html for
a longer explanation.
Keep the 'def_bool' for the following symbols, which seem to be
deliberately defined only in Kconfig.defconfig files:
- ALTERA_AVALON_I2C
- ALTERA_AVALON_MSGDMA
- ALTERA_AVALON_PIO
- ALTERA_AVALON_QSPI
- ALTERA_AVALON_SYSID
- CLOCK_CONTROL_IMX_CCM
- CPU_EM4_DMIPS
- CPU_EM4_FPUDA
- CPU_EM4_FPUS
- FP_FPU_DA
- I2C_GECKO

RTS and CTS definitions are optional. If flow control is enabled

It also removes SPI pin configuration from Kconfig and moves it to

When I2C and SPI are not used (such as when building a simple
bootloader for this target), the current Kconfig is generating a fair
bit of warning spew. Clean it up by moving some explicit _defconfig
settings into defaults.
