Kumar Gala	f6fb8b8aee	ext: libmetal: Change build integration so its not recursive With recent changes to libmetal we can now include and build it directly as a zephyr library rather than doing a recursive make. We remove ext/hal/libmetal.cmake as part of this change and introduce a Kconfig option for libmetal. This is a partial fix for issue #7673. Kristian Klomsten Skordal	5eb882980d	sample: add OpenAMP sample application This commit adds a sample application using OpenAMP for remote procedure calls on the LPCXpresso54114. It is adapted from the RPMsg-Lite sample application added in PR #5960, and uses the IPM driver to provide interprocessor interrupts.
