Katsuhiro Suzuki feaf0070fc boards: riscv: hifive_unleashed: add GPIO support 
This patch adds GPIO and 96board LS (Low Speed)iexpansion  connector
support for SiFive HiFive Unleashed and also enables GPIO basic test.

Katsuhiro Suzuki ae355cce56 boards: add support for HiFive Unleashed 
This patch adds new support for SiFive HiFive Unleashed which has
SiFive FU540 SoC, DDR and some peripherals.

This is first version so not support all features of the board.
