Anas Nashif 50492618e6 tests: remove dependency on architecture and use one prj.conf 
No need for architecture based configuration, they are the same
for ARM and X86.

Anas Nashif 13b3727e6e tests: move kernel tests to tests/ 
Move all kernel testcases to tests/ and change Makefiles
accordingly where applicable.
