Updating global variable's name to follow a consistent naming convention.
Change accomplished with the following script:

- static (CONFIG_SW_ISR_TABLE_DYNAMIC=n)
- dynamic (CONFIG_SW_ISR_TABLE_DYNAMIC=y)
- Installed directly in the vector table
(CONFIG_SW_ISR_TABLE=n)

Add support for ti_lm3s6965 configuration with
CONFIG_SW_ISR_TABLE_DYNAMIC and CONFIG_SW_ISR_TABLE. Entry for serial
irq is removed from vector table to be handled is ISR SW table.
