Those are added by sanitycheck, no need to have them enabled in the
project by default.
CONFIG_DEBUG is causing issues on qemu_nios2, see #5743.

Sys log already break a line after each line, by default, so removing
the '\n' on log messages.
Enabling support for sys log colors.
