In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all samples to the use
the new prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted:

:kconfig:option: role needs to be used.

Search and replace `message(INFO " ` with `message(STATUS "`.
This would otherwise print "INFO <message"

Currently the IPM samples are hosted in the IPC sample location. Clean
this situation up by moving the IPM samples to a new location.
