Andrzej Puzdrowski b937f0315b boards/arm: Add mcuboot's led alias to nRF boards
Added alias (mcuboot-led0) for the LED gpio pin which might be
used by MCUboot.
So far this pin assignments for MCUboot was configured by
bootloader-led0 alias.
New alias will replace the bootloader-led0.

Andrzej Puzdrowski 48feb36945 boards/arm: Add mcuboot's button alias to Nordic's boards
Added alias for the button's gpio pin which might be used by MCUboot.
So far pin assignments for MCUboot was configured by the Kconfig. New
alias will help to switch configuration to more native DTS based
description.

Andrzej Głąbek 793362ae5a boards: nrf: Align with recent changes made to pwm_nrfx driver
... and "nordic,nrf-pwm" binding:

- use channel indexes instead of pin numbers in `pwms` properties that
  define PWM LEDs
- add the period and flags cells to `pwms` properties in all PWM LED
definitions; use the commonly used period of 20 ms (giving 50 Hz)

Prevent "unique_unit_address_if_enabled" warnings from being reported
for nRF52 Series SoCs, where certain nodes need to be enabled with
the same base addresses. These can be (depending on a given SoC):
- power@40000000 & clock@40000000
- power@40000000 & clock@40000000 & bprot@40000000

Erwan Gouriou 7c25fd3c2e boards: doc: Clarify a generic statement
This sentence ("Other hardware features are not supported by the
Zephyr kernel."), which could be found in a high number of boards
documentation, is misleading on two levels:
- peripheral support is not a kernel business
- in most of cases, features are actually supported but not enabled.

Fix this.

Martí Bolívar 15f9ae0e0b dts: nrf: revert i2c sda-gpios, scl-gpios changes
These changes turn out to have been incompatible with the way pinctrl
drivers are going to work, so we need to go back to what we had before
until we can agree on a better approach.

Squash of the following reverts:

Revert "boards: nrf: fix deprecated I2C properties"

This reverts commit 2a4ac9ac02.

Revert "samples: switch nrf overlays to sda-gpios, scl-gpios"

This reverts commit 01bb08e7d8.

Revert "boards: nrf: switch to sda-gpios, scl-gpios"

This reverts commit 17a66304c4.

Revert "i2c: nordic: switch to phandle arrays for pinmux"

This reverts commit 821c03a14a.

Martí Bolívar 6628a16e4d runners: nrfjprog: boilerplate and recover rework
Rework the runner to improve various issues.

Every board.cmake file for an nRF SoC target is repeating boilerplate
needed for the nrfjprog runner's --nrf-family argument. The
information we need to decide the --nrf-family is already available in
Kconfig, so just get it from there instead. Keep the --nrf-family
argument around for compatibility, though.

This cuts boilerplate burden for board maintainers.

We also need to revisit how this runner handles recovery to fix it
in nRF53 and keep things consistent everywhere else.

To cleanly handle additional readback protection features in nRF53,
add a --recover option that does an 'nrfjprog --recover' before
flashing. Keep the behavior consistent across SoCs by supporting it on
those too. Because this is expected to be a bit tricky for users to
understand, check if a --recover is needed if the 'nrfjprog --program'
fails because of protection, and tell the user how to fix it.

Finally, instead of performing a separate 'nrfjprog --eraseall', just
give --chiperase to 'nrfjprog --program' process's arguments instead
of --sectorerase. This is cleaner, resulting in fewer subprocesses and
avoiding an extra chip reset.

Having a separate 'west flash --recover' option doubles the number of
test cases if we want to keep exhaustively enumerating them. That
doesn't feel worthwhile, so update the test cases by picking a
representative subset of the possibilities. Each test now has enough
state that it's worth wrapping it up in a named tuple for readability.
