Anas Nashif	6524925753	cleanup: include/: move ipm.h to drivers/ipm.h ... move ipm.h to drivers/ipm.h and create a shim for backward-compatibility. No functional changes to the headers. Karl Zhang	2a7824a8b0	drivers: ipm: mhu: Add MHU driver for V2M Musca ... MHU (Message Handling Unit) enables software to raise interrupts to the processor cores. It is enabled in SSE 200 subsystems.
