Kiril Zyapkov f45996ef74 boards: arm: fix openocd.cfg for nucleo_l476rg 
Other ST boards have their openocd.cfg support file updated,
but Nucleo L476RG was still looking for board/st_nucleo_l476rg.cfg
and fails with Zephyr SDK 0.9.5.

Arthur SFEZ 13379dc0cc boards: add openocd support for nucleo_l476rg and stm32l496g_disco 
the current zephyr sdk now includes openocd configurations for l4
boards, we can now update the boards and docs to reflect this
