Update the files which contain no license information with the
'Apache-2.0' SPDX license identifier. Many source files in the tree are
missing licensing information, which makes it harder for compliance
tools to determine the correct license.
By default all files without license information are under the default
license of Zephyr, which is Apache version 2.

On nrf52810_pca10040 board, the nRF52810 SoC is emulated on nRF52832.
This patch overrides for this board the number of cycles consumed by
one iteration of the internal loop in `nrfx_coredep_delay_us()` (used
by `k_busy_wait()`), so that the value adequate for nRF52832 is used.

This commit adds a compile-time directive for the
nrf52810_pca10040 board that instruct nRFx to perform
certain board initialization. The directive is needed
as nrf52810_pca10040 mirrors the nrf52832 DK hardware.
