This change takes advantage of line information coming from new properties
to simplify exti_irq_table definition and isr routing related code.
All __stm32_exti_isr_x routing functions are removed and instead,
stm32_exti_isr is now taking a exti_range structure which provides,
for each irq, start line and range length.
This argument is provided by IRQ_CONNECT macro instead of previous
dev info (which is constant and doesn't need to be provided as argument).
line_range_x variables are generated at driver init thanks to a
mix of dt magic and runtime implementation:
DT_FOREACH_PROP_ELEM iterates over each irq line (counted as
interrupt-names property) call a macro which instantiates populated
line_range_x variables, and calls IRQ_CONNECT for each IRQ.
Additionally, at each iteration stm32_fill_irq_table() is called to
fill exti_irq_table.
Since not required anymore, Kconfig symbols EXTI_STM32_EXTIX_Y_IRQ_PRI
are removed. IRQ prio is now supposed to be configured in device tree.

Update intc drivers to use DT_HAS_<compat>_ENABLED Kconfig symbol
to expose the driver and enable it by default based on devicetree.
We remove 'depend on' Kconfig for symbols that would be implied by
the devicetree node existing.

Use this short header style in all Kconfig files:
# <description>
# <copyright>
# <license>
...
Also change all <description>s from
# Kconfig[.extension] - Foo-related options
to just
# Foo-related options
It's clear enough that it's about Kconfig.
The <description> cleanup was done with this command, along with some
manual cleanup (big letter at the start, etc.)
git ls-files '*Kconfig*' | \
xargs sed -i -E '1 s/#\s*Kconfig[\w.-]*\s*-\s*/# /'

Clean up space errors and use a consistent style throughout the Kconfig
files. This makes reading the Kconfig files more distraction-free, helps
with grepping, and encourages the same style getting copied around
everywhere (meaning another pass hopefully won't be needed).
Go for the most common style:
- Indent properties with a single tab, including for choices.
Properties on choices work exactly the same syntactically as
properties on symbols, so not sure how the no-indentation thing
happened.
- Indent help texts with a tab followed by two spaces
- Put a space between 'config' and the symbol name, not a tab. This
also helps when grepping for definitions.
- Do '# A comment' instead of '#A comment'
I tweaked Kconfiglib a bit to find most of the stuff.
Some help texts were reflowed to 79 columns with 'gq' in Vim as well,
though not all, because I was afraid I'd accidentally mess up
formatting.

RTC_Alarm IRQ is mentioned as an exti interrupt in documentation,
so it was available in exti handler.
Though, in Zephyr it is used driectly in RTC driver.
Having it in exti generates and issue when activating RTC driver,
so remove its handling from exti driver.

stm32cube SDK provides defines for IRQ line numbers.
It was not possible to use them, since enum where not supported
by IRQ_CONNECT macro.
Use them in order to get rid of zephyr manually coded IRQ lines.
They will later be replaced by device tree definitions when
made available

Replace the existing Apache 2.0 boilerplate header with an SPDX tag
throughout the zephyr code tree. This patch was generated via a
script run over the master branch.
Also updated doc/porting/application.rst that had a dependency on
line numbers in a literal include.
Manually updated subsys/logging/sys_log.c that had a malformed
header in the original file. Also cleanup several cases that already
had a SPDX tag and we either got a duplicate or missed updating.

This patch adds support for the STMicroelectronics STM32F4x family in the
STM32 MCU line. Configuration is included for the STM32F401RE MCU.
Acknowledgements to Pawel Wodnicki's earlier submission from February that
was used as a starting point for this port. In the end, we rewrote all of it.

Use CONFIG_SOC_FAMILY for the top level SoC family. A family
will have different SoCs or different SoC series with multiple
SoCs.
Adding the Family string to the config variable to avoid confusion
between actual SoCs and families and to prevent name collisions.
