Andrei Emeltchenko	fa2473d912	Bluetooth: Allow redefine QEMU_EXTRA_FLAGS Allowing to redefine QEMU_EXTRA_FLAGS helps to overcome user channel stuck cases, you still have the possibility to use bluetooth over tcp by specifying QEMU_EXTRA_FLAGS="-serial tcp:...". Bluetooth: Allow redefine QEMU_EXTRA_FLAGS

Allowing to redefine QEMU_EXTRA_FLAGS helps to overcome user channel
stuck cases, you still have the possibility to use bluetooth over tcp
by specifying QEMU_EXTRA_FLAGS="-serial tcp:...". Default behavior
remains the same though.
