This fixes invalid check, which is redundant in fact as the length
is already checked in ascs_parse_metadata function.
The check be test 'greater than' only, as 'equal' condition is valid.
Moreover this fixes return value from ascs_verify_metadata function.

Extended Advertising Reports, and hence receive long AD

Fix Extended Advertising and Periodic Advertising's parent
PDU's aux ptr field to contain correct aux offset value to
its chain PDU.
Uninitialized pointer reference to aux ptr in the parent PDU
was used before the pointer reference was returned by the
function adding the aux ptr fields in the parent PDU.

Use local variable to update current PDU's Common Extended
Header Format flags instead of updating it directly in the
PDU buffer. This is required to be able to non-destructively
be able to manipulate the PDU's header flags and contents
many time before a final commit of the updated PDU.
In order to calculate overflowed AD data length, PDU is
manipulated couple of times to determine the overflow length
and next to be able to add aux ptr field when chain PDU is
appended.
The changes are now consistent with how Periodic Advertising
PDU's Common Extended Header Format is manipulated.

Fix regression in adding ADI in scan response PDU introduced
in implementation adding support for AD data fragment
operation.
Setting scan response data with ADI failed with too long
data error. This was caused by a bug in calculating the
offset to the overflow length returned back by the call
to set_clear function.

st,stm32-uart.yaml

st,stm32-lpuart.yaml

3 bindings an would group common properties.

Adding I2C FIFO mode can reduce the time between each byte to
improve the I2C bus clock stretching during I2C transaction.
The I2C master supports two 32-bytes FIFOs, channel A and C
are supported now.
I2C FIFO mode of it8xxx2 can support I2C APIs including:
i2c_write(), i2c_read(), i2c_burst_read.
Test:
1. tests\drivers\i2c\i2c_api --> pass
2. Reading 16 bytes of data through i2c_burst_read() can reduce
0.52ms(2.4ms->1.88ms) compared to the original pio mode when the
frequency is 100KHz.
3. It is normal to read sensor data through I2C on Nereid's platform.

:envvar: is currently used to tag environment variables, however,
:envvar: role expects a matching .. envvar:: directive where the
environment variable is defined. This patch fixes some cases by adding
envvar directives and by converting certain cases to literals (it
doesn't make sense to document all env vars in a list, as some are
self-documented by contextual information).

When a cache API function is called from userspace, this results on
ARM64 in an OOPS (bad syscall error). This is due to at least two
different factors:
- the location of the cache handlers is preventing the linker to
actually find the handlers
- specifically for ARM64 and ARC some cache handling functions are not
implemented (when userspace is not used the compiler simply optimizes
out these calls)
Fix the problem by:
- moving the userspace cache handlers to a their logical and proper
location (in the drivers directory)
- adding the missing handlers for ARM64 and ARC
