Gerard Marull-Paretas fb60aab245 drivers: migrate includes to <zephyr/...> 
In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all drivers to the new
prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted, refer
to #45388 for more details.

Daniel N. Hansten 48a1e76e83 drivers: led: pca9633: add support for multiple devices 
PCA9633 driver does not cunnetly support multiple devices.
Updated the driver to use DT_INST_FOREACH_STATUS_OKAY to
configure all devices defined in the device tree.
Convert driver to use `i2c_dt_spec` helpers.

Daniel N. Hansten 88604971cd drivers: led: pca9633: exit sleep mode on init. 
Driver does not correctly take ic out from sleep mode on init.
Added logic to update mode register on init to take the leddriver
out from sleep mode.
See datasheet for register details.

Tomasz Bursztyka e18fcbba5a device: Const-ify all device driver instance pointers 
Now that device_api attribute is unmodified at runtime, as well as all
the other attributes, it is possible to switch all device driver
instance to be constant.

A coccinelle rule is used for this:

Kumar Gala 489cecd505 led: pca9633: Remove dts_fixup.h 
Since the pca9633 led driver still supports both DTS and non-DTS
configuration, we update the code to use DT_<COMPAT>_<INSTANCE>
defines for the CONFIG_HAS_DTS_I2C case.

Supported blinkink period: 41ms to 10667ms
Supported brightness value: 0 to 100%

This driver supports the following APIs:

1. led_blink

4. led_off
