This is bad practice and may conceal issues on platforms

Run networking tests for native_posix, qemu_x86 and qemu_cortex_m3
platforms only as the tests are generic enough so no need to run
them in real physical device.

The IPv6 tests had failures and the tests did not pass
properly. These are now fixed and the tests are also
run automatically by CI.

This will prepare test cases and samples with metadata and information
that will be consumed by the sanitycheck script which will be changed to
parse YAML files instead of ini.
