Daniel Leung	1904ecc0b5	gpio: restructure Kconfig options () Moves config options for each controllers into their own Kconfig files. This keeps drivers/gpio/Kconfig from getting too big. () Options for each controller are moved under their own submenus. () Re-named the device names to standard as "GPIO_0", "GPIO_1", etc. () Adds the missing copyright to Kconfig.atmel_sam3.
