Christian Taedcke f8f120c5a5 drivers: eeprom: shell cmd fill can now fill whole eeprom 
Modified eeprom shell fill command to be able to fill the complete
eeprom. The code of the fill command is now similar the new eeprom
read command.

eeprom. The code of the read command is now very similar the flash
read command.

Tomasz Bursztyka e18fcbba5a device: Const-ify all device driver instance pointers 
Now that device_api attribute is unmodified at runtime, as well as all
the other attributes, it is possible to switch all device driver
instance to be constant.

A coccinelle rule is used for this:

  disable optional_qualifier

+const struct device *

@r_const_dev_2
 disable optional_qualifier

+const struct device *
