Remove whitelisting and enable broader testing on all boards with needed
features.
Add pwm to board yaml where it applies.

Default to the PWM0 channel 2, as it is the only one available in a
non-inverted form on the EXT1 and EXT2 connectors. That way the measured
voltages match the expected ones.

This will prepare test cases and samples with metadata and information
that will be consumed by the sanitycheck script which will be changed to
parse YAML files instead of ini.
